Thank you for the feedback on how my Russia visa process is progressing. It’s so nice to deal with a company with such great customer service. Most places would probably just take the money and not bother saying anything until it was time to ship the passport back. I really appreciate the status update because this trip was kind of “last minute” and I will really need to know as soon as possible if there are any complication. Once again, thank you.

I don’t know exactly to whom to address my thank you note; however, you need to know that Anthony was courteous, helpful, and immensely efficient in getting me my Russia visa despite some problems my married name presented. I feel deeply relieved that my husband and I were able to receive our visas before we leave on May 17. I certainly feel safe recommending your service.

Please be advised that Russian Embassy in Washington DC and Russian Consulates in New York, San-Francisco, Houston and Seattle will be closed on May 1st and May 9th in observance of the official Russian holidays. It will also affect processing time for Russian business visa ivnitations covering those dates.

Russian Embassy in Washington DC will also be closed on May 2nd.
