The website is intutive and easy to use, and I certainly welcomed being able to fill out the application online instead of having to print it out and mail it. Thank you for the feedback on how my Russia visa process is progressing. It’s so nice to deal with a company with such great customer service. Most places would probably just take the money and not bother saying anything until it was time to ship the passport back. I really appreciate the status update because this trip was kind of “last minute” and I will really need to know as soon as possible if there are any complication. Once again, thank you.
